The Buzz About Bunny Williams, Beeline and Julie Browning Bova
Written by faithThe opportunity for this Seattle interior designer to personally meet a favorite design icon, Bunny Williams, whetted my appetite for the April High Point Market. I was not disappointed. My second day found me at her showroom in the Hamilton district, Beeline. Bunny debuted her second collection for Beeline in a well designed and displayed showroom.
The next day I listened to Bunny’s quick wit and entertaining tale of her rise in the interior design profession. One word heard over and over from her is SCALE… I so agree Bunny! and I am five feet tall. Here she is at the book-signing.
The evening before I was a guest at the opening for Julie Browning Bova at Stanford Furniture. What a delight is this talented designer from Indianapolis. Her first collection is a stunner.. I so love and appreciate authenticity combined with design talent.
Julie details her collection with subtlety and exquisite restraint. This ottoman is a perfect example of just the right amount of interest and punch.
And of course the collection is complete with the Julie Chair. It is a great choice for living rooms and bedrooms with a super comfortable sit.
Can’t end this without remarking on Julie’s wonderful logo… totally engaging and elegant. Hats off to The Fashion Office who created it.
