Faith Sheridan along with H&H steps in to save a botched condo remodel.
The clients wanted function and style in their newly purchased Pike Place Market condo. Those were instructions to their contractor as they left for Europe. When they returned to Seattle, they were jolted and saw appliances that didn’t fit into cabinets and other botched mistakes. Even the kitchen drawers didn’t work.
The clients turned to the team of Hammer and Hand who asked if I’d assist them to quickly complete this project (2 months) so the clients could move in and experience living in downtown Seattle. The primary area was the kitchen in this open plan condo. New cabinets provide ample storage solutions and finishes are modern and classic.
To enjoy the dramatic re-design take a look at the before remodel of the same area.
After the kitchen the next priority was storage for clothing. This is by far the most common request I receive for my condo design projects. My go-to resource is California Closets. The solution for this project was a wall-to-wall wardrobe in the bedroom and his and hers built-ins in the pass thru to the bathroom
There is a reason to hire professionals for your projects as shown in this project.
Readers are often curious about the selections they see in the photos so please use this link to learn more about the finishes I selected for this project. I love remodels in general and kitchens especially. The Zen Kitchen receives lots of positive comments.
